COMMUNITY OUTREACH
The Philippine Cultural and Civic Center Community Outreach opportunities have included the following:
- Free Medical Clinic
- Annual Health Fair
- Children’s Literacy Program
- Book Distribution
- Munting Tinig Children’s Choir
- Clothing distribution
- Feeding the Hungry
- Educational Scholarships
- Humanitarian Aid (i.e. Fundraising, Resources and building materials provided to Natural Disaster victims in the Philippines - Typhoon Haiyan, Taal Volcano Eruption, etc.)
- Classes and Lessons taught by our Volunteers (i.e. Cooking, Ukulele, Tagalog, etc.)
- Working with our local veterans' groups

- Kohl's Benevity Community Impact Fund - For every volunteer hour tracked by each associate, Kohl’s will make a donation to the benefitting 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
